Josh Dirscherl

Josh is a master carpenter and home builder with more than fifteen years in the trade. His background runs the full height of a house — structural engineering and foundations, roofing, and luxury interior renovations — so he can read a project from the footers up and catch a problem before it becomes a change order. He runs the field: crew assignments, the production schedule, and quality control. If a detail on your job doesn't look right, Josh is the one who sends it back.
Ryan Madigan

Ryan is a career CEO and a seasoned real estate investor and home flipper. He's spent years on the business side of property — and on the customer side of enough renovations to know exactly where contractors fail. At PGH he runs operations, estimating, and the full customer experience: communication, selections, scheduling, documentation, and follow-through. The process you move through as a client exists because Ryan built the contractor experience he always wished he could hire.

Melissa is Josh's wife and part of the family behind PGH Home Renovations. She helps keep the office and the day-to-day running, and she's often the friendly, steady voice our clients hear on the other end of the phone. PGH Home Renovations is a registered and insured Pennsylvania company. We pull every required permit and schedule every inspection — permits are part of your contract, never passed off to you. Our workmanship is warranted as described in your written agreement.
