PGH Home Renovations is a full-service general contractor providing kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, roofing, and new construction to homeowners in Pittsburgh and the surrounding Allegheny County area. All services are performed under a written contract that details scope, materials, timeline, and price.

Under the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act (Act 132 of 2008), contractors offering home improvement services in Pennsylvania must be registered with the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General. PGH Home Renovations complies with this requirement. Our registration number is available upon request and is included in every written contract, as required by law.

Estimates provided through this website or in person are preliminary and based on the information available at the time. A binding price is established only in a written, signed contract. Until a contract is signed, we may revise an estimate to reflect changes in scope, materials, site conditions, or material costs.

Every project is governed by a written contract that complies with the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act, including a description of the work, materials, total price, payment schedule, start and completion dates, and notice of the consumer's right to cancel. Any change to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before the additional work begins.

Payment schedules are set out in each contract. A reasonable deposit may be required to schedule work and order materials, consistent with Pennsylvania law. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work described in the contract. Late payments may be subject to charges as permitted by law and described in the contract.

Workmanship is warranted as described in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties cover materials and products separately and are passed through to the property owner. Warranty claims must be made in writing. Warranties do not cover damage from normal wear, misuse, neglect, modifications by others, or events outside our control.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or scrape content without permission. All content — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by PGH Home Renovations and may not be reproduced without written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PGH Home Renovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific work giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Pennsylvania law.

These terms and any dispute arising from our services are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site or services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
